A follow-up of $285,000 was rejected, and it was passed in at $302,000. Negotiations saw a first home buyer purchase the unit for its reserve of $326,000, proving, agent David Hutchinson said, that there were still "opportunities for first home buyers . . . in blue-chip locations".
